Born in North Carolina, raised in Charleston. Brooks spent two decades in restaurants and catering before returning to construction in 2020, became a licensed residential builder, and joined as a partner in 2025. Husband and father of four; golfs, fishes and gardens.
Degrees in marketing and management plus a real estate broker license, and more than ten years in managerial and administrative work. Amanda runs HR, benefits, payroll, AP/AR and monthly billing. In Summerville since 2017, and a longtime gluten-free regular at the farmers market.
Originally from Virginia, in Charleston since 2019. An Eagle Scout who has spent his career in construction and production management, Jim knows the building process from the site up. Recently married, and an avid outdoorsman who camps his way around the Lowcountry.
Born and raised in New York, Avalon began her career in NYC across media, advertising and marketing for nationally recognized brands, bringing close to a decade in brand marketing and client management. Charleston’s coastal charm brought her south in 2021.
From Long Island, with an Interior Design degree from High Point University and residential and commercial work in New York and Tennessee behind her. Molly designs homes around how each client actually lives, balancing beauty with function. Beach, running, travel, and her dog Leonard.
Originally from Michigan, recently relocated to Charleston. Twenty-plus years in construction and remodeling have made Luther a meticulous craftsman and project manager, on minor renovations and full custom builds alike. Family time, the outdoors, and projects at home.
From Boone, North Carolina, raised around residential construction working alongside his father, a custom home builder. A former Division I football captain at ETSU, Zach brings that discipline to site coordination and keeps communication open through completion.
