David Partridge started Peartree Homes in 2012. He grew up in Charleston and learned the trade from his grandfathers — one an engineer, the other a commercial developer — and the company grew the way most good builders do: one job at a time, on referrals from the last one.
We build custom homes, additions and whole-home renovations throughout Charleston and the sea islands. Our hands-on approach keeps the same experienced team closely involved from initial pricing through construction, ensuring continuity, accountability and attention to every final detail.
